Community amenities include a playground, covered parking, masonry exterior construction, clubhouse meeting spaces, fitness center, community theatre, BBQ grills, picnic areas, an on-site laundry facility and available garages or storage units.

Interior features include washer and dryer connections, 9-foot ceilings, faux-wood flooring, large closets, outside storage, covered patios or balconies, frost-free refrigerators with ice makers, granite countertops and ceiling fans in every bedroom and living room.

The area schools listed on the current site are AB McBay Elementary School, RQ Sims Intermediate School and Mexia High School.

Residents can pay rent online, check account status and submit service requests through the Loft Living resident portal. Emergency requests should be handled by calling the office number and following the prompts.

Mexia Gardens is located at 1000 East Grayson Street, Mexia, TX 76667.

The community is two blocks from all three schools, on the school bus route, and convenient to shopping, dining and the grocery store.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
