Mexia Gardens is an affordable housing community. Use the current rental criteria document to review income restrictions, occupancy standards and application details, then contact the office for availability.
Household Income Limits
- 1 person: $34,620.00
- 2 persons: $39,540.00
- 3 persons: $44,460.00
- 4 persons: $49,380.00
- 5 persons: $53,340.00
- 6 persons: $57,300.00
Occupancy Standards
Applicants must not have more than two persons residing in a one-bedroom apartment, more than four persons in a two-bedroom apartment, or more than six persons in a three-bedroom apartment.
Application Notes
Before touring, the current criteria require a valid driver's license or other government-issued photo ID. At least one household member must not be a full-time student. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two per unit, as long as all pet criteria are met and all required fees and deposits are paid.
